The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually stunning and impactful designs that drive engagement, enhance brand identity, and support our fundraising campaigns. Primary Responsibilities & tasks involved in the Job

  1. Graphic Design
    :

  2. Create visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.

  3. Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with brand guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality of visual content.

2. Video Editing
:

  • Edit and produce engaging video content for various purposes, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media content.
  • Incorporate animations, graphics, special effects, music, and sound effects to enhance video content.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.

3. Content Calendar Management
:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Plan and schedule content across multiple channels to maximize audience engagement and reach.
  • Monitor and adjust content plans based on performance metrics and feedback.

4. Coordination with Freelancers and Agencies
:

  • Collaborate with freelance content writers to develop high-quality written content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • It's a shared Resources which means this position is applicable to Wishwa and its other entities.
  • Coordinate with freelance graphic designers and design agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content.
  • Manage relationships with external content creators to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.

5. Quality Control
:

  • Review and approve content before publication to ensure it meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Provide constructive feedback to freelancers and external partners to maintain high standards of content quality.

6. Content Strategy Development
:

  • Contribute to the development of content strategies that align with marketing goals and target audience needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content creation and delivery processes.

Qualifications and Professional Experience Required (Industry Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
  • Experience managing a content calendar and coordinating with freelance professionals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
