Role & responsibilities

  • Create and enhance digital and print marketing materials such as banners, posters, flyers, and social media graphics using Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Develop eye-catching visuals and layouts for campaigns, product launches, and promotions tailored for the bubble tea industry.
  • Use AI-driven tools for creative tasks, such as automating design elements, generating imagery for promotions, or optimizing social content for engagement and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure all content aligns with strategic goals, brand guidelines, and audience preferences.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, AI-powered content creation, and digital marketing for food and beverage businesses.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with AI content generation tools (e.g., DALL
    •E, Midjourney, or similar).
  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or AI-powered creative production, preferably in F&B or retail.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative work across digital and print formats, including examples of AI-assisted designs, is essential.
  • Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly to campaign needs.
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
