Responsibilities

Brand and Visual Design

  • Create on brand graphics, layouts, infographics, and presentation assets for campaigns and executive materials.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for brand guidelines and component libraries.
  • Produce animations and simple motion assets for digital channels.
  • Create infographics, banners, digital ads, and presentation decks as needed.

Video and Multimedia

  • Edit and produce videos for webinars, case studies, product explainers, and social platforms.
  • Add motion graphics, captioning, audio cleanup, transitions, and export masters for each channel specification.
  • Manage a reusable library of intros, lower thirds, and templates to accelerate production.
  • Collaborate on scripting and storyboarding to create engaging narratives.

Website Design and UI/UX

  • Collaborate with developers to design and update website layouts, landing pages, and product pages.
  • Build and update marketing pages using WordPress or Webflow and lightweight front end skills.
  • Improve page structure, accessibility, performance, and responsive behavior.
  • Implement basic tracking for campaign attribution and conversion goals.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity mockups for product features.
  • Translate designs into developer ready specifications and clickable prototypes.
  • Run lightweight usability reviews and incorporate findings into revisions.

Social Media Creative

  • Design posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and short video snippets that align to content calendars.
  • Localize assets by region when needed and package files for fast reuse.
  • Quality, Governance, and Ways of Working
  • Organize layered files, naming, and version control for team reuse.
  • Ensure accessibility and readability standards.
  • Track work in a simple backlog and report weekly status against priorities.

Required Skills

  • Expert level in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Prototyping in Figma or Adobe XD, with strong understanding of user interface and user experience principles.
  • Working knowledge of web technologies, including HyperText Markup Language, Cascading Style Sheets, and JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Experience with WordPress or Webflow site builds and updates.
  • Understanding of social media design standards (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong visual storytelling, typography, color, spacing, and layout skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with structured file handoffs and feedback loops.
  • Clear written and verbal communication suitable for executives and engineers.Nice to Have
  • Experience with Blender or Adobe Animate for lightweight 3D or character motion.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization fundamentals and schema markup for basic on page hygiene.
  • Familiarity with analytics for social and web to inform creative decisions.
  • Exposure to technical domains such as Artificial Intelligence or data products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent portfolio proof.

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience delivering creative work across brand, web, video, and product interface.

  • Strong visual design and branding skills (typography, color, layout)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • UI/UX design and prototyping using Figma or Adobe XD
  • Basic web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals)
  • Video production and editing for digital and social media platforms
