Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic & Motion Designer who can design and animate engaging illustrations, social media ads, and YouTube video campaigns. You should be comfortable blending traditional design skills with modern AI tools to create stunning visuals that drive engagement and brand growth.

This role involves producing high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our web platforms including animated posters, product stickers, and short video ads.

  • Create animated illustrations, social media posts, and YouTube ad videos that align with brand style.
  • Design posters, banners, stickers, and other print/digital assets.
  • Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
  • Design clean, appealing layouts and visuals for web and app UI using Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Use AI-powered tools (Runway ML, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Pika Labs, Kaiber, etc.) to enhance and speed up creative workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into effective visual stories.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all assets and formats.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or video ad creation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing animations, illustrations, and ad creatives.
  • Proficiency in tools such as:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • CapCut for social media video editing
  • Figma or Adobe XD for UX/UI visual design
  • AI tools like Runway ML, Midjourney, Pika Labs, Leonardo AI, or Kaiber
  • Good understanding of social media trends, ad formats, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and creative flair.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in food, lifestyle, or tech brand design.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation or product motion.
  • Familiarity with sound design or video scripting.
