We are looking for a Creative Designer who can translate ideas and content into compelling visual stories. Someone who can think like a product marketer, design like a storyteller, and move with speed without losing the craft. What You'll Actually Be Doing Here

  • Turning content, product ideas, and campaigns into visually captivating designs that resonate with audiences.
  • Designing for range: social media creatives, product landing pages, campaign graphics, presentations, emailers, brand assets, and more.
  • Collaborating with content writers to ensure visuals amplify and complement copy.
  • Bringing fresh creative ideas to every project while keeping brand consistency intact.
  • Using tools like Canva and Figma to execute designs quickly and effectively.
  • Leveraging AI tools where relevant, but always refining outputs to suit brand tone and aesthetics.
  • Creating motion graphics, GIFs, and videos to enhance product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Managing multiple design projects across varied timelines without compromising quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Fresher-2 years of design experience (agency, startup, or SaaS background preferred).
  • Strong portfolio that shows creativity, product thinking, and an ability to adapt to different styles/brands.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Figma is non-negotiable.
  • Skilled in motion graphics, GIF creation, and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with AI-based design and productivity tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • A proactive team player who contributes ideas, experiments with formats, and collaborates seamlessly.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with global clients and tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
