About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Designer who can bring strong visual design skills
plus
a deep understanding of
social media trends, consumer psychology, and modern aesthetics
. This role goes beyond execution — we want someone who can build a premium brand look and consistently create
high-engagement visual content
.

What You'll Do

  • Create high-impact social media creatives (posts, reels assets, ads, thumbnails, banners) based on platform trends and audience mindset.
  • Build and maintain a
    premium, consistent brand visual identity
    across all platforms.
  • Develop
    campaign themes and visual concepts
    for launches, festive drops, seasonal events, and influencer collaborations.
  • Design
    packaging and offline marketing assets
    (labels, menus, standees, POS materials) that enhance desirability and conversions.
  • Monitor
    global and local trends
    — aesthetics, pop culture, meme formats, typography styles — and apply relevant ones to brand communication.
  • Provide creative direction for
    photoshoots and video content
    to ensure output is visually compelling and brand-aligned.
  • Create
    reusable templates and design systems
    to scale content quickly without losing quality.

What You'll Need

  • 0 – 4 years of experience as a Creative / Visual / Graphic Designer
  • Expertise in
    Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or Canva
  • Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut preferred)
  • Strong portfolio with
    social media + campaign + packaging work
    (mandatory)
  • Experience in
    FMCG / QSR / lifestyle brands
    is a strong plus
