Job Title: Head of Department (HOD)

Job Summary:

Ensure excellence in teaching, research, and service while aligning departmental goals with institutional objectives.

Key Responsibilities(not limited to):

  • Provide academic leadership and strategic direction to the department.
  • Manage teaching assignments, workload distribution, and faculty development.
  • Oversee curriculum design and program quality.
  • Facilitate research activities and collaborations.
  • Monitor departmental budget and resources.

Qualifications:

Job Title: Dean

Job Summary:

Responsible for strategic planning, academic quality, faculty development, budget management, and external relations.

  • Lead the faculty's academic, research, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with university goals.
  • Ensure high standards of teaching, research, and student experience.
