Role Summary

Acharya Institutes seeks a highly qualified and RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist to join the Psychology Department as an Associate Professor. This senior academic role demands expertise in teaching, rigorous research, and advanced clinical supervision, with a core responsibility for ensuring the academic curriculum meets the highest professional and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Requirement

Essential Education :- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or equivalent,

mandated by the RCI. Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology is highly preferred.

MANDATORY Clinical License

Valid and current registration as a Clinical Psychologist with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).

Academic Experience :- Minimum 5+ years of full-time academic teaching experience at the college/university level post-UG & PG

Core Competencies

  • Dual Expertise: Proven high-level competence in both academic instruction and applied RCI-mandated clinical practice.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead research initiatives, mentor faculty, and provide strategic direction for clinical training programs.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of RCI regulations and professional ethics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹120,000.00 per month
