  • Design and Development of Technical Architecture: Accountable for the end-to-end design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures that align with business and technology strategies.
  • Structured Technical Analysis: Conducts thorough and methodical analysis of complex technical issues, translating findings into well-defined technical designs that form the basis of effective solutions.
  • Domain Expertise: Possesses advanced knowledge and deep expertise within their specific technical domain, contributing to high-quality solution delivery and innovation.
  • Definition of Technical Standards: Plays a key role in establishing and maintaining technical standards and best practices relevant to their area of specialisation, ensuring consistency and quality across solutions.
  • Continuous Technical Improvement: Proactively identifies opportunities for technical enhancement, ensures these are raised for prioritisation, and leads cross-team initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
