Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer located in Pune. The Back End Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Daily tasks will include back-end web development, software development, implementing security and data protection, designing and optimizing databases, and working closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. The developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
  • Experience in Front-End Development is a plus
  • Strong programming skills and experience with relevant programming languages
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology and digital marketing industry is advantageous
  • Exp in PHP & Laravel, MySQL is must
