Role Overview: As an Administrator Travel and Expense Management at the European Central Bank implant office in Frankfurt, your main responsibility will be to manage travel expense claims efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the Travel Policy and providing administrative support related to expense claims. Additionally, you will collaborate with the ECB travel team in Eschborn and serve as the primary contact for client inquiries. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare travel expense claims accurately and in a timely manner - Review and make necessary corrections to expense claims in accordance with the Travel Policy - Handle administrative tasks related to expense claims - Cooperate effectively with the ECB travel team in Eschborn - Serve as the main point of contact for client requests Qualifications: - Completion of a commercial training (apprenticeship) is required - Prior work experience in a related role is preferred - Service-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork - Proficiency in English language and MS Office - Familiarity with travel expense claims and SAP is advantageous - Good interpersonal skills and ability to represent CWT positively Additional Company Details: Sabine Fanc, the Office Manager of Traveler Services, leads the team and ensures smooth operations within the department.,
