Job description

Role & responsibilitiesHere we are looking for someone keen to learn travel management and administration and hence, we require someone excellent in English communication, well versed in advanced excel/computer systems.

Below is the brief JD from our end the detailed job description can be explained by the respective concerned person itself.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor vendor accounts.

Vendor Negotiations.

Dealing with all types of travel requirements.
- Arranging domestic and international tickets for employees.

Contracting and tariff negotiation with hotels for best deals.

Travel-related vendor management.
- Arrangements of Visa requirements and Visa Submission.

Handling FOREX requirements and rate comparisons.

Handling group events organized in the company.

Monthly MIS preparation regarding travel data.

Daily monitoring and tracking.

Tariffs negotiation with the Hotel sales.

Taking care of the Travel Desk for Domestic and International both.
- Control Travel Expenses with employees (Cancellation and refund).

Key Skills:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Any Graduate.

Strong teamwork skills, both as a participatory member.

Leadership skills, including the ability to listen to individual opinions, co-ordinate large groups, encourage members during difficult situations and asset authority when necessary.
- Responsible for providing detailed travel information to employee queries in relation for Business tours.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
