Job Description:

We are seeking a Nurturance Officer for our Fluid Dynamics (electric pump) division. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The primary responsibility of the Nurturance Officer is to implement strategic initiatives and provide comprehensive training to our newly appointed distributors. The role involves training distributor sales representatives and ensuring effective product placement in the retail market.

This is a non-sales role focused on market development. While there are no sales targets, the goal is to achieve improved sales performance by successfully introducing products to new retailers. The position requires extensive travel to new distributor locations, with a minimum stay of 60 days to provide hands-on training and support before relocating to the next location. candidates are expected to travel full of AP & Telangana based on new distributor appointment.

This is an off-role position initially, with the opportunity to become an on-role employee based on performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in marketing is preferred.

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and teams.

  4. Proficiency in local languages (Telugu/Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada).

  5. Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.

Salary details:

Maximum of 25,000 per month based on experience.
