Required Skills: - In-depth knowledge of POSP onboarding processes and channel management strategies. - Solid understanding of sales planning techniques and target setting. - Proficiency in customer relationship management practices. - Detailed knowledge of motor insurance products, regulations, and market conditions. Secondary Skills: - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. - Ability to train teams, motivate staff, and lead by example in achieving sales targets. - Adept at conducting thorough market analysis for territory management purposes. - Familiarity with various CRM platforms and reporting tools for efficient data management and reporting.
