Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Solutions Architect
to work Onsite from Ahmedabad office and lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to translate business requirements into flexible and sustainable Salesforce architecture. The ideal candidate has deep experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds, strong integration expertise, and a consultative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, security practices, and integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and technical standards.
  • Create and maintain technical design documentation including data models, integration diagrams, and system architecture.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices, capabilities, and platform limitations.
  • Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and admins; conduct code and design reviews.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and ecosystem tools to proactively recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica), and third-party apps.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, and permission sets.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus such as:
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Salesforce Certified System Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer
