We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud tools and a solid understanding of customer journeys, data management, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.)

Create dynamic and personalized email campaigns, segmentation, and automation journeys. Work with stakeholders to understand marketing needs and translate them into scalable solutions. Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other third-party applications. Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimize for better engagement and ROI. Ensure data security, compliance, and deliverability best practices.

Required Skills:

4–8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder. Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email customization.

Experience with Salesforce CRM integration.

Good understanding of marketing automation, personalization, and data-driven campaigns. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.

Experience in multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, social). Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
