Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and workflows using Salesforce tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce Cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements across sales, service, and commerce domains and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and process builders to meet specific business needs in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce Cloud.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and other integration technologies to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Implement and maintain features in B2B Commerce Cloud, including storefront configuration, product catalog setup, pricing, and customer group management to support business-to-business e-commerce operations.
  • Maintain data integrity through effective data management, validation, and governance practices to ensure consistency across all Salesforce clouds.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing ongoing support and user training to ensure optimal user adoption and platform stability.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, including new features in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce Cloud, and apply best practices to continuously optimize performance and usability.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming to deliver high-quality features iteratively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs or middleware tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) is a plus.
