About The Role And The Team
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients' usage and experience with existing products.
As a BI Consultant you will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making and translate them into BI solutions.
Your focus area will be analysis the business needs followed by end-to-end design and development of BI dashboards using Tableau (Desktop, Prep, Server, and Cloud).
You will manage and lead BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
This role is a key part of the BI team, so you will have a chance to cooperate closely with other BI team members to synchronize the efforts and share the knowledge.
We are seeking a talented and driven Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, developing BI solutions, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a strong background in Tableau and a passion for data analysis.

- Work closely with other team members in the BI (Business Intelligence) team to stay aligned and share knowledge.
- Turn data into useful insights that help the company make better decisions.
- Build and manage BI tools and reports to meet business needs.
- Talk to global stakeholders to understand their needs and share your findings with them.
- Use your strong skills in Tableau to create clear and helpful data visualizations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with different people, both technical and non-technical.

- 5+ years of proven experience in leading a team of individual contributors or leaders
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ability to translate client briefs into strategic media plans, platform setups, and targeting recommendations.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage BI projects from conception to completion (E2E).
- Hands-on experience in Python, Airflow or knowledge of AI tools and frameworks will be considered a strong advantage.
- Practical expertise in the Tableau ecosystem, including Tableau Desktop, Prep, Server, and Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly.
