Incentive Structure 

  • ₹8,000 incentive per school onboarding
  • No cap on incentives
  • Incentives paid after successful onboarding and activation

Job Summary 

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand Inupgro's presence across Rajasthan by onboarding schools onto our AI-driven EdTech platform.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify, approach, and onboard schools in assigned districts
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Present and demo Inupgro's EdTech solutions to school management
  • Achieve monthly school onboarding targets
  • Build strong relationships with principals, directors, and management
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, and performance reports
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Institutional Sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience in school or education sales preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Target-driven and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, ERP, or Education Industry
  • Existing school network in Rajasthan
  • Experience working in a startup environment

Compensation Summary 

  • Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month
  • Incentive: ₹8,000 per school onboarding
