Role Description

We are hiring a
Tender Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
for a full-time, on-site position based in
Ahmedabad
.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process — from identifying opportunities to preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders through to closure. Your work will involve coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all submissions meet quality standards, and complying with relevant technical and financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage tender documentation.
  • Research and identify new tender opportunities.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and management teams to gather necessary information.
  • Ensure timely and compliant submission of tenders.
  • Maintain records and track tender progress from submission to finalization.
  • Support in the analysis and evaluation of tender outcomes to improve future submissions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in tender preparation and documentation management.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and assess tender opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.
  • Experience in project coordination and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the
    solar or renewable energy industry
    is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Engineering, or a related field
    ; relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
