About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning across departments while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal sub-teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Assist management in operational planning and process improvements.
  • Monitor office supplies, handle procurement, and support general office maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
