We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations, documentation, employee coordination, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR standards. This role is ideal for a fresher looking to begin a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Help in onboarding new employees and preparing necessary forms and agreements.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and employee data in HR systems.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and employee updates.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related documentation.
  • Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
