HR Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations, documentation, employee coordination, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR standards. This role is ideal for a fresher looking to begin a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Help in onboarding new employees and preparing necessary forms and agreements.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and employee data in HR systems.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and employee updates.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, meetings, and training sessions.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related documentation.
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
