Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain healthy employee relations and address concerns promptly.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain employee database, attendance, and leave management.

3. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain HR records, personnel files, and compliance documents.
  • Process payroll inputs—attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, etc.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance review processes.
  • Coordinate with team leads to collect performance data.

5. Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Update HR policies as needed in coordination with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of basic HR policies and statutory compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
