Role Purpose:
The main objective of the KAM (Key Account Manager) role is to build and maintain long-term relationships with Orient Electric's most valuable clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finding & developing new partners / markets at Karnataka.
  • Build relationship & design growth strategy for the portfolio aligned.
  • Must have good relations with regional partners.
  • Must have experience in the same industry.
  • Need to have retail mindset & focus on increasing market share & counter share.
  • Create & maintain up-to-date market, sales & financial forecasts to support reporting & assessment of business activities.
  • Develop market information including competing products, technologies & companies, market size, growth, product specifications, & customer needs.
  • AOP plan adherence

Work Environment/Location:
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Bengaluru. The role requires occasional travel for client meetings and events.
