Function: Student Affairs / Academic Partnership Management

About the Role

To lead and implement strategies that enhance student recruitment, engagement, and experience across Cintana India institutions. The role requires building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Cintana and ASU standards, and managing key initiatives that support student retention, academic success, and international collaboration..

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development & Implementation:

- Develop and execute strategies, policies, and operational plans for student recruitment, engagement, and retention.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the student experience in alignment with Cintana India and ASU standards.

2. Student Experience & Community Engagement:

- Support and collaborate with student bodies and communities to organize activities aligned with the Cintana-ASU student journey.
- Lead student forums, gather feedback, and implement agreed-upon actions in partnership with institutional heads and student representatives.
- Keep students informed about Cintana and ASU programs through newsletters, social media, digital platforms, and on-campus announcements.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, academic staff, student leaders, and external partners.
- Align initiatives and activities across all Cintana India institutions to foster a cohesive student community.

4. Support Services & Student Advocacy:

- Provide guidance and support to students on:
- Living in the USA and immigration processes (in line with ASU standards)
- Funding, tuition, and available financial aid
- Academic transfer and visa requirements

5. Sales, Marketing & Outreach:

- Contribute to sales and marketing strategies, branding, and outreach campaigns.
- Participate in events, market research, and promotion of joint/dual degree and pathway programs.

6. Internationalization & Exchange Programs:

- Enhance international exposure by promoting student/faculty exchange programs with the ASU/Cintana global network.
- Assist in student recruitment for joint academic offerings.

7. Institutional Partnership Management:

- Coordinate with Cintana partner institutions to implement joint strategic plans.
- Organize and participate in Joint Strategic Board (JSB) meetings.
- Monitor and report on enrolment targets, sales and marketing activities, and capital expenditure as per JSB commitments.
- Work with promoters, academic/non-academic leadership, and Cintana/ASU teams to ensure strategic alignment.

8. Sector Awareness & Best Practices:

- Stay informed about trends, policies, and innovations in the education sector.
- Benchmark and adopt best practices to improve student services and institutional performance.

Qualifications

- Masters degree in Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in student affairs, academic partnership management, or education administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multi-institutional partnerships and diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in marketing, outreach, and student engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of international education standards and visa/immigration processes is a plus.

Other Requirements

- Willingness to travel within India and potentially internationally.
- Flexibility to handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team.
