Role: Senior Brand Manager

Location - Gurgaon

Role Overview:

Own the Umbrella brand campaigns and brand purpose initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the market and brand in detail
  • Strong analytical and creative ability
  • Clear plan on how to win in the market against competition, in a given category
  • Plan & execute 360* marketing campaigns for our brands, with clear goals and metrics in mind
  • Clear understanding of the digital space and digital campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams to think of levers to lift the brand and grow it
  • Growth mindset and ambition to take ambitious targets
  • Strong bias for action and quick action

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master's degree in management/marketing, preferably from Tier 1 institutes
  • Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience where brand campaigns have been managed
  • Preferred - Experience in face categories
  • Strong analytical bent of mind, to lay out clear brand strategy
  • Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation.
  • Strong creative sensibilities
  • High ownership and passion, and fast action ability
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/agencies.
