Role Overview

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with around 1 year of on-site experience who can independently handle day-to-day site supervision, quality control, and coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and clients. The candidate should be passionate about construction, technically sound, and eager to grow with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors to maintain smooth progress at site.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material usage logs, and site documentation.
  • Verify material quality and ensure construction work meets company and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the project manager and design team regarding site updates, requirements, and issues.
  • Monitor timelines and assist in planning and scheduling project stages.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental norms at the site.
  • Support quantity estimation, measurements, and billing verification.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in residential or commercial site execution.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and material specifications.
  • Basic understanding of AutoCAD, MS Office, and site-level drawings.
  • Familiarity with construction standards and procedures.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to deadlines and quality delivery.
