About the Guild

Founded in 2022, Ethereal Exploration Guild (The Guild) is building the World's First Fully Reusable Medium-Lift Launch Vehicle/Rocket, Razor Crest Mk-1(RCM1).

Based in India, the team has a combined flight heritage of over 75 launches from the PSLV and GSLV fleets, and more than 300 years of collective experience in the space industry. The Guild is also developing a 700,000 sq ft facility dedicated to Upper Stage Engine Testing, which is going to be India's largest privately developed Engine Testing Facility.

The Guild has also built and manufactured India's First Reusable Rocket Engine.

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on
Site Engineer
who will be stationed at vendor sites for defined durations to oversee and coordinate activities. The role involves close follow-up with vendors, ensuring project timelines are achieved, identifying bottlenecks, and driving solutions across both technical and commercial aspects. The Site Engineer will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of hardware from vendor facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be stationed at vendor sites for specific periods as required, with frequent travel across India.
  • Closely monitor vendor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Coordinate between vendor teams and internal stakeholders to streamline execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks in manufacturing, supply chain, or processes and propose effective solutions.
  • Provide support on both technical and commercial matters to resolve issues quickly.
  • Track and document progress, highlighting potential risks or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
  • Drive vendors to meet agreed hardware delivery timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in site/vendor coordination, operations, or project engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to address technical and commercial challenges.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively and work on-site at vendor locations across India.
