Position Overview:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction activities are executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and the head office team to ensure smooth execution at the site.

Key Responsibilities:Site Execution & Supervision

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to ensure efficient site operations.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards at the site.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with the project management team.

Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely material delivery and work completion.
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing schedules and tracking progress against deadlines.
  • Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants for technical clarifications.

Quality & Safety Compliance

  • Conduct quality checks at every stage of construction and maintain inspection records.
  • Ensure implementation of safety protocols and site housekeeping standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with senior engineers.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain site records — drawings, work permits, inspection logs, and material receipts.
  • Assist in preparing measurement sheets, material reconciliation, and progress billing data.
  • Report deviations, delays, or design conflicts to the Project Manager immediately.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 2–6 years of experience in site supervision and construction management (residential/commercial projects preferred).
  • Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and execution techniques.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Excel-based reporting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12, ₹56,672.38 per month
