Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Corporate Sales Team Leader to oversee
and guide our sales team in the healthcare sector. This role is responsible for driving team
performance, managing key client accounts, and contributing to the company's revenue
growth by acquiring and retaining B2B healthcare clients such as hospitals, clinics, health
networks, and insurance companies. The ideal candidate has strong leadership qualities, a
solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, and a passion for sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of corporate sales representatives targeting healthcare
institutions
- Set clear team goals and performance metrics; monitor progress and provide
coaching and feedback
- Maintain strong relationships with key healthcare clients and ensure high customer
satisfaction
- Work closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to develop and execute sales
strategies
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and
sales techniques
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and high-level presentations for
healthcare decision-makers
- Track team performance and provide regular reports to sales leadership
- Stay up to date on healthcare industry developments, competitor activities, and
client needs
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related
field
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Prior experience leading a sales team or mentoring junior sales professionals
- Strong understanding of the healthcare procurement and sales process
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
