Airysole is a leading manufacturer of lightweight PU (Polyurethane) soles, including outsoles, midsoles, insoles, footbeds, cork footbeds, and gel heel pads. With 5 production lines across two units, we produce 4.5 million pairs of PU soles annually. Utilizing state-of-the-art Italian technology, we create high-quality soles for renowned brands like Red Chief, Bata India,Hush Puppies, colehaan, geox and more, serving both Indian and international markets. Our expertise allows us to produce soles in any design and color, no matter the complexity.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a financial professional located in Kanpur. The person will be responsible for handling day-to-day back office operations, supporting office operations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless workflow. Additional responsibilities include managing data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Skills to do Back Office Operations and Office Operations
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Sales and Finance/accounts
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Freshers with no experience are welcome
  • Master's degree in Commerce, or related field
