Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Faculty Member for MBA (Finance) who can bring both academic depth and industry insight into the classroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and the ability to deliver high-quality teaching, research, and mentorship to students pursuing postgraduate management studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach core and elective courses in Finance such as Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Financial Markets, Derivatives, and related subjects.
  • Design, develop, and update course content and teaching materials to ensure relevance with current industry trends and academic standards.
  • Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career planning.
  • Conduct research and publish in reputed journals, contributing to the institutions academic excellence.
  • Participate actively in departmental and institutional activities, including seminars, workshops, and academic committees.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals to integrate practical exposure into the curriculum.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification:

  • MBA with specialization in Finance (mandatory).

  • Ph.D. in Management/Finance preferred (UGC/AICTE-approved institutions).

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant teaching, research, or industry experience.

  • Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong subject knowledge and academic orientation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Research aptitude with publications in reputed journals preferred.
