Job Title: Account Executive
Job Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update books of accounts on a daily basis.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, payment entries, and journal entries.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare financial reports such as cash flow, P&L statements, and balance sheets.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per government regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Monitor and control petty cash expenses.
- Support management with data and financial analysis as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
- Good command over MS Excel and MS Office.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
