The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling GST and TDS filings, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The role also involves assisting in budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities- Maintain books of accounts in Tally or other accounting software - Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries - Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports - Assist in audits, tax filings, and financial documentation - Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement management - Monitor cash flow and expense tracking - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for accounting queries.--Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance - 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance - Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software - Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance - Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Experience in the beauty, retail, or FMCG industry is an added advantage-
