Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the companys overall branding and marketing objectives.

  3. Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent voice, tone, and brand presence.

  4. Plan and maintain the social media content calendar for timely and relevant updates.

  5. Content Creation & Ideation

  6. Conceptualize engaging and creative content ideas (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.).

  7. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and agencies to ensure timely creation and delivery of content.

  8. Optimize content for each platform to maximize engagement and reach.

  9. Branding & Community Engagement

  10. Build and maintain a strong brand image across digital platforms.

  11. Engage actively with followers and communities to nurture relationships and improve brand affinity.

  12. Monitor and respond to feedback, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

  13. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

  14. Identify, shortlist, and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.

  15. Handle negotiations, partnerships, and campaigns with influencers to amplify brand visibility.

  16. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  17. Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) to measure effectiveness.

  18. Provide actionable insights and monthly reports to management for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing social media and branding for a consumer-focused brand.
  • Strong creative vision and understanding of digital content trends.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, negotiations, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong drive to learn and explore new ways of marketing
