B.E./ B. Tech. (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Production Engineering) or

M.E./M. Tech. (refer Required Skills)

Required Skills

  1. Industrial experience in sketching, 3D CAD modelling and visualization (Fusion360, SolidWorks, FreeCad, etc.)

  2. Designing and testing of prototypes through rapid prototyping methods and finally pilot run.

  3. Preferable to have experience/qualification of PCB designing tools like Altium, Design Spark, etc.

  4. Preferable to have experience in Embedded Design (Hardware and Software).

  5. Preferable to have working knowledge of interfacing sensors and actuators with the embedded system.

  6. For M.E. / M. Tech. candidates it is must to have completed masters in either of the following categories: product design, design engineering, mechanical engineering, material science, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics engineering, biomedical engineering, instrumentation engineering.

  7. Must have experience as a designer working in an Agile team environment throughout the lifecycle.

  8. Must have strong collaboration and teamwork experience.

  9. Must be passionate about best - practice design methodologies and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supporting the aesthetics, functionality, and design directions based on the requirements, objectives, and business strategies.

  2. Working closely with the prototype and ensuring that the product meets the design

  3. Creating new ideas and enhancements through creative thinking, incorporating market research, consumer research, and advancing in technology

  4. Experiencing the full circle of the design process from its inception to final production.

  5. Independently design and deliver user flows, user stories, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and mockups around customer needs and optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

  6. Dynamic simulation/analysis of the mechanisms/systems.

  7. Static analysis of the components.

  8. Documentation of the design process.

  9. Communicating requirements from and to the respective team members.

  10. Working with cross-platform members to complete interdisciplinary work requirements.

  11. Taking ownership of the task at hand.
