Required Skills & Qualifications

  • ITI Draughtsman (Mechanical) certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical drafting/design, preferably in the transformer manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and fabrication details.
  • Knowledge of industry standards (IS, IEC, IEEE) and quality control procedures.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
