Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Design Department

Job Description:

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our Design Department. The trainee will work under the guidance of senior design engineers to assist in the preparation of 2D & 3D designs, drafting, documentation, and coordination with production and quality teams. This role provides hands-on exposure to mechanical design and product development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the design and development of components, assemblies, and systems as per project requirements.

· Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or equivalent).

· Support in generating fabrication, machining, and assembly drawings.

· Work on BOM (Bill of Materials), drawing revisions, and design documentation.

· Coordinate with the production and quality departments to resolve design-related issues.

· Learn and apply design standards, material selection, and tolerance analysis.

· Participate in design reviews and assist in implementing engineering changes.

· Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry standards.

Skills Required:

· Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.

· Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar).

· Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.

· Basic understanding of materials, fabrication, and machining processes.

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional engineering environment.

Qualification & Experience:

· Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical

· Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year in mechanical design or related field.

Employment Type: Full-time (Training Period: 1 Year)

CTC / Stipend: As per company policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
