Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Understanding - Understand project requirements and fulfill all duties assigned by the Supervisor, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Learning and Development - Shadow senior staff members, actively engage by asking questions, and assist in various tasks to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.

Feedback and Improvement - Raise concerns and make suggestions for improvement where appropriate, contributing to the enhancement of project processes and outcomes.

Research and Site Visits - Conduct research as needed and participate in site visits to gain practical insights into project execution and challenges.

Training and Workshops - Participate in meetings, workshops, and other training initiatives to enhance technical skills and professional development.

Documentation and Communication - Take detailed notes during activities and share findings with supervisors and relevant stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Relationship Building - Establish professional relationships with staff members and peers, fostering a collaborative work environment and learning from experienced professionals.
