Mechanical & Electrical Engineer – Sales Trainee

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Fresher

Salary: ₹16,000 (In-Hand)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduates who are interested in building a strong foundation in Technical Sales / Engineering Sales / Industrial Sales. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure, training, and growth opportunities for candidates who want to explore the sales side of the engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions
  • Learn and present product features, specifications, and applications to clients
  • Assist in preparing sales quotations, documentation, and technical proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, follow-ups, and delivery
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs
  • Attend client meetings, field visits, and technical demonstrations
  • Learn the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure

Required Qualifications

  • BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Freshers preferred)
  • Strong interest in technical sales, customer interaction, and product understanding
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of engineering concepts & industrial products
