Telecaller – Study Abroad Consultancy (Office-based Job – Kochi)

We are looking for an experienced female telecaller who can confidently talk to students and parents interested in studying abroad.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for making calls, following up with students and parents, and helping them choose the right study abroad options. Conversion is the most important part of this job.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the education or study abroad industry (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Confident, bold, and active personality
  • Experience in handling CRM and WhatsApp Business
  • Able to manage leads and maintain proper follow-ups
  • Should have knowledge about study destinations like Australia, UK, and New Zealand (training will be provided)

  • Office-based job (not work from home)
  • Location: Kakkanad, Kochi
