Key Responsibilities

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for:

- **Conducting outbound calls** to prospective clients to introduce and promote our company
- **Identifying customer needs** and presenting suitable solutions to generate sales.
- **Building and maintaining** a strong pipeline of sales leads.
- **Achieving monthly sales targets** and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) consistently.
- **Explaining product/service features** and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- **Handling customer inquiries** and objections professionally.
- **Maintaining accurate records** of calls and sales activities in our CRM system.
- **Collaborating** with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and achieve collective goals.
- **Staying updated** on product knowledge and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Proven experience** in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- **Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills**, with a clear and confident phone presence.
- **Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities**.
- **Goal-oriented and self-motivated**, with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- **Ability to work effectively** in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- **Basic proficiency in CRM software** and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
