**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact prospective customers over the phone and explain insurance quotations
- Follow up on leads assigned via CRM and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with the processing and claims teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the system

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Prior experience in telesales, insurance, or customer service preferred
- Confidence to handle sales calls and explain products clearly
- Basic computer and CRM handling skills
