Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to generate and manage leads for our video production, social media, and digital marketing services. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their branding and content needs, pitching creative video and marketing solutions, and converting leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to promote video production and digital media services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through online research, social media, and inbound enquiries.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently.
  • Coordinate with the creative and marketing team to prepare proposals or quotations.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate client communication history.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the business development/creative team.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to track responses from campaigns and convert them into enquiries.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for leads and conversions.
  • Understand client requirements related to corporate videos, social media ads, promotional films, and branding.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Malayalam).
  • Strong understanding of social media and video marketing trends.
  • Experience in telesales or inside sales (preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or media).
  • Ability to manage leads and follow up systematically.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in client handling.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in telesales or digital marketing sales preferred.
