Position Title: Head HR / GM - Talent Acquisition Location: Bandra West, MumbaiEducation: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute Experience Required: 1520 years (with a minimum of 5 7 years in Talent Management or HR Leadership roles)Reporting To: Chief Human Resources Officer / Executive Leadership Job Brief: We are seeking a strategic and visionary HR leader to oversee the Talent Management function. This leadership role encompasses the full spectrum of talent lifecycle activitiesacquisition, development, engagement, and retention with the goal of creating a high-performing, future-ready workforce aligned with the companys strategic goals. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Talent Strategy & Leadership DevelopmentDesign and implement integrated talent strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive enterprise-level succession planning and HiPo talent development programs.Partner with leadership to build leadership capabilities across levels. 2. Performance & Capability ManagementLead performance management cycles including KPIs, OKRs, and feedback frameworks. Conduct skill gap analysis and oversee structured capability development plans.Champion a performance-oriented organizational culture. 3. Talent Acquisition & Employer BrandingLead hiring for strategic and operational roles, aligning with workforce planning. Build internal mobility programs and improve diversity hiring.Drive employer branding through EVP, digital platforms, and partnerships. 4. Learning & DevelopmentEstablish leadership academies and functional learning programs. Implement blended learning strategies and coaching frameworks.Cultivate a learning-driven culture. 5. Employee Engagement & RetentionConduct regular employee engagement initiatives and feedback surveys. Utilize data to propose actionable culture-enhancing measures.Formulate retention strategies for key and critical talent pools. 6. HR Governance & AnalyticsMaintain HR dashboards and present data-driven insights to leadership. Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and audit frameworks.Measure effectiveness and ROI of talent initiatives. 7. HR Team LeadershipMentor HRBP and L&D teams to deliver aligned HR outcomes. Foster a collaborative, agile, and service-oriented HR culture.
