Role Description

This is a contract role for a Freelance Recruiter based on-site in Bengaluru. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The recruiter will also support developing and implementing recruiting strategies tailored to the company's needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the HR and recruiting domain
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Understanding of the unique needs and pressures of high-growth companies is a plus
