Job Title: Freelance Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Bangalore (Work from Home)

Job Type: Freelance / Commission-based

Experience Required: 1-5 years in Non-IT Recruitment

Compensation: Attractive commission per closure (as per client agreement)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced freelance Non-IT Recruiters who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for our clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for roles such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates until final onboarding.
  • Meet daily / weekly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for upcoming positions.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in Non-IT hiring (agency or freelance).
  • Strong understanding of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Must have own laptop, phone, and internet connection.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
