ReqOpen focuses on delivering quick results while maintaining quality and transparency in the hiring process.

Role Description

This is a freelancer role, you can work remotely from the comfort of your home. The Freelance Recruiter will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to screening candidates. Using ReqOpen's AI tools, the recruiter will identify top talent, ensure a seamless hiring experience for clients, and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates for continued collaboration.

We welcome part-time, freelancers, recruiters who are passionate about recruiting.

Training & leads (candidates) will be provided by ReqOpen.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through platforms like job boards, social media, and internal databases
  • Should be willing to associate your Linkedin account with ReqOpen (company page).
  • Should be willing to outreach candidates via Linkedin, phone or email.
  • Pre-screening and shortlisting skills to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles
  • Knowledge of interview scheduling tools and candidate management systems
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates
  • Understanding of AI-based recruitment tools and their applications is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role is preferred

Earning Potential

  • You will be paid for every shortlisted candidate, right from their Round1 interview.
  • Freelancers can also earn significant commission per hire, with potential earnings of upto ₹50,000 per closure.
