Role Overview

We are seeking a talented
UI/UX Designer
to join our product development team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for our digital platforms. This role requires a creative mind, a strong understanding of design principles, and hands-on experience with UI/UX frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user journeys.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with design systems across all products.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, frameworks, and best practices to deliver modern and user-centric designs.

Required Skills & Tools

  • UI/UX Design Tools:
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Prototyping Tools:
    InVision, Marvel, or equivalent.
  • Framework Knowledge:
    Material Design, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks.
  • Understanding of Frontend Basics:
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for better developer collaboration).
  • Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Knowledge of usability testing, A/B testing, and accessibility guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum
    2 years of hands-on experience
    in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and user experience improvements.
