About the Role:

We are looking for a
UI/UX Designer
who can create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design applications that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centric web and mobile interfaces based on business and user needs.
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, User Flows, prototypes using tools like Figma & Adobe tools.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  • Maintain and enhance design systems and UI component libraries.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and design technologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    2-4 years in UI/UX design.
  • Tools:
    Proficiency in Figma or other design tools.
  • Skills:
    Good understanding of user interface, layout, typography, and color theories.
  • Additional Skills:
    Understanding of user experience & principles, interaction design, and usability.
  • Portfolio:
    A sample of UI/UX projects is a must.
  • Nice to Have:
    Experience creating websites with Framer, Wix, or WordPress is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Added Advantage:
    Experience or knowledge in FinTech, Trading, and Investment platforms will be considered a plus for screening candidates.

Qualifications:

  • BFA, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study.
  • 2+ years of experience in design.
  • Proficient in User Interface design.
